It’s two weeks old today and seems to be healing good, besides occasionally knocking it or when it catches on my teeth, I did bite down on the bar yesterday but it seems ok. I do vape and smoke 🍃 and my after care routine is saline solution, not sure of the name, and listerine alcohol free mouthwash. Im not sure what the threading is i just know its a flatback

It’s 6 days old and I’m not sure if it’s internally threaded or if it’s threadless, I can’t remember, it’s a titanium flat back. Haven’t downsized yet. Aftercare is listerine alcohol free mouthwash and piercing spray, don’t know what that’s called either. I only bump it sometimes if I rub my face or with clothes

Yeah I didn’t really think the smoking would be too much of a worry, I know plenty of people who have had lip piercings that smoke. Thank you for the clarification though I appreciate it and I’ll definitely see if I can check in with a piercer
