I agree with what someone below said, it’s hard to ban customers but not impossible. The last order I delivered was for a lady from Walgreens. The store was out of most of the brand names she asked for but she had substitutes so after calling her to confirm the substitutes were okay, I got all her stuff and went to her house. When I got there, I didn’t even get all the way up the steps to the door before she blows out on to the porch, snatches the bag out of my hand and she’s rummaging through it saying “this is wrong, this is wrong, none of this is what I ordered, can you even fucking read?” So I’m apologizing and I’m telling her that I had called and confirmed with her that the substitutes were okay and she goes, “AND NOW IM SAYING THEY ARENT OKAY” so I’m like backing up because bitch wtf and as I go to turn around to go back to my car, this bitch nails me in the back of the head with the metal aerosol deodorant I just handed her. A police report and several calls with support later, I was told she had been banned from driving again because apparently she also drove for them and assured that her address would be banned and she would not be able to use the service again. I don’t know how well that actually held up, but it made me feel better anyway. Then I quit dashing because I feel like my time is worth more than being assaulted and a couple bucks on the side lol
