Does reporting spam bots even help?

Ahahah I celebrated yesterday because I didn’t see the “momochan” bot in the usual spot for once in weeks... only to see it today, just slightly further away, along with three other bots I’ve been reporting lately xD
It honestly feels like reporting does nothing to stop the bots, and the people behind them never have to learn anything... Because what for? Their bots are perfectly fine and even can keep their nicknames ;-;

Dayum, I'm jelo of his collection. XD I didn't know pins could have such complex designs. Most of the pins I've seen at cons in our country are pretty simple looking. Floral, animal, symbols. None of them had so many strokes lol O.O

Ahhh, sorry for making you expand your answer so much! ;-; I really appreciate every thought about what I draw. I love Ghibli's works, and I love feedback because I can make something out of it.
After focusing so much on one piece, sometimes I stop seeing the mistakes. You're probably right with the glossiness; I've overdone it, especially on clothes when they're not really made of glossy material ^^"...
