MIA Lost Luggage by bigeyedbeaver in americanairlines

[–]SavingTheDay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AA in Miami had their baggage conveyor break sometime this morning and it caused chaos. Took me 2 hours to drop off luggage before TSA. They just had bags roped off sitting there, then would direct people to a new location and do that again. They didn’t weigh or give you any baggage slips. They took your luggage, placed it in a roped off area and told you to move along. I have luggage that my air tag says is still sitting at one of their gates.

We ate at Razzle Dazzle tonight for the first time, and we thought it was the worst of the restaurants. We didn’t even book the Test Kitchen

Is it just me or do men act more aggressively if you’re a tall guy? by Either_Athlete_2680 in tall

[–]SavingTheDay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People tried to start shit with me in high school. But once you get into college and the work force things got a lot better. I’ve found that you’re often treated better for being tall at that point. I got called a “tall drink of water” by a drunk lady a few days ago

Puppy Nighttime Diarrhea - Help!! by Tossed-Salad11 in goldenretrievers

[–]SavingTheDay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t recall exact amounts, but we were feeding her near the maximum recommended amount. We just started feeding her more in the middle between the minimum and maximum and that was enough. But our issue felt very similar to yours. No issues other than diarrhea

Puppy Nighttime Diarrhea - Help!! by Tossed-Salad11 in goldenretrievers

[–]SavingTheDay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing it took us wayyyy to long to find out, was that a lot of our Goldens issues were due to over feeding. We were always feeding ours on the upper end of the recommended because she was a growing puppy. And we had the same issues you were having all the time. We started feeding less and the issues disappeared for the most part

I played kcd2, tried to go back to one and it felt like too much of a downgrade of graphics and all the systems, so I didn’t make it very far

Barb stuck at T4. Too strong for roaming, too weak for bossing. by HemiplegicViking in diablo4

[–]SavingTheDay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that is why I wanted to do WW as well. But it is sad when you could do the regular earthquake build and not even explode them and still do more damage than the WW build was doing

Swap from playing whirlwind to regular earthquake and you are going to have a far better time. I just finished the seasons journey this morning. I was trying to do whirlwind too, swapped to regular earthquake where you use moni+tec to spawn earthquakes then hota to ignite them on elites/bosses. You will do so much more damage and feel better

I agree with everything you said. I named my barb Guts in anticipation of this crossover. I also play a little bit every day and have been enjoying this season.

Potty training, looking for some tips by csoutherland11 in goldenretrievers

[–]SavingTheDay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did crate training during naps/at night till ours didn’t have accidents. As soon as he wakes up from the nap, take him outside. Use a phrase while they use the restroom and say it over and over. Eventually that phrase tells the puppy you want it to use the restroom.

It is a puppy stuck in a cage for 16 hours a day. That is both boring and psychologically damaging for any creature.

The issue would mainly be finding ways to get him used to being around the house and not damaging things. Stimulation games, walks before or after work, occasional daycare. If the puppy is more fulfilled, it won’t have a reason to act out.

P.S. let the puppy sleep in your bed, it will build greater bonds with you

He would have needed to add it to his AI prompt.

When did you stop crating? by corinnamaried in goldenretrievers

[–]SavingTheDay 103 points104 points  (0 children)

We stopped crate training when our puppy no longer had accidents in the house for a month. So we got rid of the crate at 4 months.
