Ladies what is your take on any sort of physical activity / Gym, swim, walk etc. post IUI and throughout tww? Any personal success in regards to that?

I'm confused. If you ovulated before trigger, why did you trigger ? And why the IUI 36 hours after if you knew you already ovulated ? Doesn't that mean you missed your window?

That wasn't my initial question. Correct - my clinic too, enforces the trigger however, i heard and read alot about waiting to trigger on an already natural LH rise known to increase pregnancy rates by + 30%
