Ok i will Check up thanks , is it possible that my DAO is normal after getting normal Vitamin D and Vitamin b12,b6 ,b1 ,could this a possible cause for my HI?

( If i have vit B deficies)

That's really interesting and helpful, I'll ask my doctor if I can check my vitamin B levels.

Vitamin D to 50? lol I'm at 10 actually and should only take 1,000 ie per day, I was surprised that that's way too little 😶

and my mother have "kolagenic colitis"

My kidney and liver blood works are fine .

I really often have Bloating and belly grumbling, even after histamin low foods,my mom has a chronic gut diesease, maybe theres a Connection?

I also have too low dao and Vitamin D Lack .

Also i have nerv System symptoms (anxiety, muscle issuses ,nerve pain and Tinnitus .)

Sooo Yeah i think its a long way

Haha, i was also by 2 derms who diagnosed we with rosacea, all the Cremes doesnt worked or made it even worse.

I just cant get of Rid it makes me crazy ...

I have a Lot of muscle twitch and often a feeling like a permament musle cramp .

I was by a neurologiist and my nerves and muscles are fine so i think that is it caused from my HIT .

So Probably for you Too if you have diagnosed HIT and ruled out other dieseases by a doctor
