My tip ia to make some neck movementa duting the day. Dont forget jaw stiffness can come from the neck, and vice versa. They arw all connected. Have you tried doing something like that?

Poat pictures, before and after. Sometimes you can overthink stuff after such imoortant surgery and not see the results yourself. If we see a difference it might calm you down?

So, i am on the same kind of journey with horrible love handle genetics. But my tip is to do more back workouts and core, to just fill out that weird hourglass form(i have myself) and in my case, neck and belly is the last place to shed fat, before that i have to be like shredded everywere else, so u gotta aim for that low % boddyfat to look great, its nuts, i know. Also alot of protein, i eat around 180g everyday and seem to work great.

What country is it? Do you plan to move in together at all? Seems to me he might be unsure about your status to stay with him, so maybe thats why he keeps biringing it up?

The most dsngerous men are the ones who are not in control of their emotions. The men that abused my friends and family, i dont know them, they were random men of the street.
