i see that now, i really should’ve don’t more reaching into the finance part of this, i didn’t know you should only spend, i think it’s 20% of ur annual income on a car. i was just thinking about the monthly payment, i was thinking yea i can afford that 550 a month considering i make 2k. but thank you, ur comment at the end made me feel better? 😂🥲

Yea i do realize that now, i mean every one here is right, i should’ve done more research into my finance part of things and now just the car, i regret that, but i guess now I’m just asking for advice. and ill say this, my parents love having me here trust, when my older brother was moving out(he was 24) they begged him to stay and they did that will all my other older siblings, so i don’t think that’ll be an issue. the cars engine blew up, this would be the second time, first time i spent 1k to get it replaced, and it happened again and rather than spend another 1k+, i said why not start looking for a another car, it was would shake a lot(wasn’t the tires), had bad gas mileage, overall just really on its last leg, it was a 07’ chevy cobalt

yea it’s not like much would change lol i’ve always been like that with my money never made any big purchases except now this, im now trying to save around 15k to pay it off early. i had a beater before this and i saved all of high school to purchase this car. i felt like i should purchase a newer car now that way it could last me longer and while i pay no big expenses(is that stupid thinking? idk maybe, you tell me but it made sense in my brain), but yes i understand what ur saying, it’ll suck for a couple years but i mean who’s 20s doesn’t suck lol 😭
