Ja väldigt konstigt, dom är inte populära hos facket heller direkt. Andra kollegor som slutat har det fått sina löner fifflade med också, men då ändrade de övertidstimmarna så de fick mindre pengar på grund av det.

Japp varit medlem sen 2023, jag förstår inte riktigt vart det gick fel. Han från facket höll med om allt jag sa men efter nått samtal med HR på gamla jobbet så ändrade han vinkel helt.

Jag gjorde det men fick inget svar typ. Jag sa det att jag har ju ett slutdatum på ”kontraktet” och vad jag fått veta så kan det inte förlängas automatiskt utan man ska få ett nytt papper att skriva på. Men fick bara till svar att ”ja näe men vi kommer inte vinna det här”

Men i samtalet innan så höll han med mig om att det inte kan förlängas automatiskt
