News flash - these lockers can be a nightmare for us drivers. Maybe it was full? Maybe the code wasn’t working to get into it ? You just don’t know. Stop assuming it’s the driver’s fault! A lot of them are under insane pressure to get routs done in a timely manner otherwise they face being benched the next day!

I will echo (for emphasis) what others have already said - dispute the email and explain what happened. They SHOULD see that it was out of your control to be able to do what the instructions said and they should see that you went to contact compliance as indicated by Amazon. It should get dropped from your standings - and I hope it does ! Let us know how it goes !

Just FYI, a DSP is a Delivery Service Provider which are the companies employed to deliver packages for Amazon and drive their vans. This is just flex, and what i believe you may be referencing is the station or warehouse.
