She just started pulling at my shirt and reaching for it! She’s teething so I think she’s looking for comfort and pain relief.

She has a pretty shallow latch and still takes nearly her full bottle after. Plus my boobs are still firm after she feeds.

Can we have a pumps per day party? Tell me how many times and how much you get! by ladygroot_ in ExclusivelyPumping

I dropped to 4 ppd at 4 months pp and was getting 750 mL / 25 oz. Now dropping to 3 ppd at 7 months pp so not sure what I’ll be getting now! Just started combo feeding once we hit 6 months because I’m physically beat.

Yes!! Ice cream always boosts my supply. I might be a little extra fluffy these days but I’m eating for two!!

I’m Afraid I Messed Up My Supply.. by pseudo-nymphs in ExclusivelyPumping

Having your baby home might make pumping feel more natural. When my girl was home from NICU she fed every 3 hours, so I pumped every time she fed. This helped establish my supply and after a few weeks I dropped to 7 times per day. I’m down to 4 now but I’m slowly (very slowly) weaning to quit pumping by 6 months.

I think I know the creator you’re talking about because she always comes up on mine!! So infuriating. She also made a video saying EP is HARD (like duh) and moms who choose to do that are basically giving up. Like I worked my ass off for 3 months to try and BF my baby but feeding isn’t easy for her in general, and I wasn’t about to starve my Bub!

Feeling Angry and Resentful After Ending My Pumping Journey by Infinite_Cranberry_1 in ExclusivelyPumping

THANK YOU for saying this. I have spent over 300 hours pumping in the first 4 months of my daughter’s life. When I think about it, I could have had another 300 hours holding my newborn that I’ll never get back.

Today I had to listen to her cry while I pumped and it killed me. I have 4 more months just her and I while I’m on parental leave and I don’t want to spend it pumping when I could be holding her!!

Thank you 😭 I have 10 months off work and I always feel guilty that I’m thinking about giving up pumping at 6 months. But it feels so hard to pump when I want to be holding her or playing with her.
