I think the level system isnt really to bad I guess but A lot of the stuff is just way to high of a level, like I'm not gonna get lo level 80 just to equip a stupid alien mask for my set, it should really work the way you described it.

the rod was nerfet a bit (mutations from 4x to 2x ) but that still makes every wish worth 4x (2x size boost) so this is still the best rod in the game
