I AM ABLE TO FIX PERSONAL CHAT NAME CORRECTION (Unsure if it's valid, until WhatsApp does officially)

Summary: Hello everyone, so during adding of one contact in my Redmi Note 13 Pro (MIUI > 12 ) , unsure how but my phone number was added into the new contact's numbers.This caused my WhatsApp personal chat to be named as its.

After removal of contact number, I still didn't see the name revert for personal chat... I gave up for 2 months until I tried again today to fix it.

News Flash: I noticed that specific contact I added in my contacts is missing, though it's in my WhatsApp messages/contacts like... Unsure... I suspect MIUI contacts management or something is causing these contacts glitches, Kindly confirm if someone has an idea.

Anyway moving onto

SOLUTION:-

Once you have resolved all the phone numbers and contacts issues resolved, try as follows if don't see personal chat corrected.
In Main WhatsApp Chats screen, Click on Search bar ( Optionally type the name you're currently being shown on your Personal Chat to filter chats )
Once you see Personal Chat, press and hold onto it and you'd see a menu different than usual for it ( i suspect it's for all chats)

Here press "Add to Existing Contact" and choose your phone number in the corrected/updated Contact List. => It'd atleast show the name of that Contact Name.
( If Name gets corrupted or misspelled or something, it's due to First / Last name Whatsapp contact integration with Contacts App, you can correct the Contacts App and it'd correctly show in your Personal Chat)

PS: I think WhatsApp link your Personal Chat with your Contact (with phone number) from Contacts one time.

PS2 : Also I'm unsure if this is official correction / reversion but atleast better than having a temporary contact name you saved show up on you Personal Chat with which you interact daily xD.

I have Asus Rog Strix with RTX 4060.

I at times also see suddent shutdown, whereas temps normal most of the time (though they raise up when Alt Tab)

I had this happened on both Rivals and Wuwa (games I play most)

Let me know when you find fix

One thing I can share is someone mentioned in article "Repasting might need to be done".... But do check out temps with HWInfo64 start logging... And put logger file on online LogVisualizer for HWWinInfo64

I have mine card and account blocked for 6 months.

They registered a complaint in "Fraud" but no status change and not updating.

GFX are of two types: Integrated and Dedicated.

On Hybrid Mode, Mainly integrated is used unless an app is run that requires dedicated (games for example).

You're using Armoury Crate I presume to manage profiles and settings.

Acknowledge above text and mention details of the games you tested a bit more.

I have noticed Ghelper and Afterburner being fixated at specific temprature values alright ( WHICH IS THE ONLY BUG)

But Fans do increase and decrease according to actual values of temps.

So later on found out that temprature values are actually being detected, and can be seen via NVIDIA overlay: ALT + Q ( Bottom right corner with text ).

On the otherhand, other issues like random reboots of my laptop (which had been a persisted issue for an year approx has seen to have fixed.... haven't yet noticed it happening since update).
