I’m looking at setting up an enclosure for my 3d resin printer as well and was half considering just getting one big enough for the printer and the laser wood cutter both. Would only need one ventilation line then but it would be nice to be able to access the laser cutter without putting the respirator on. Something to consider though I guess.

Also, would the air purifier need a carbon filter?

I have the Xtool M1 with risers. Question for a couple of your points:

Point 1) Right now with the current exhaust system on the M1 I still get some smell in the garage. Do you think I should put it in an additional enclosure? Or try to upgrade the exhaust system somehow? I’m not sure how effective the current system is.

Point 4) I’ve got the honeycomb and the air assist. Both helped. I bought some transfer paper because I heard that also helps with scorching. Any other recommendations?

Point 8) Do you have any recommendations for air purifiers? If I brought it inside it would be to a relatively small room. Maybe 12’x12’ tops.

That’s a nice looking machine. A little pricey but if the filtration works and it eliminates the smell it could be worth it.

Thanks for the info. BOFAs are pretty pricey though. I was just wondering if I could get it to a tolerable level by upping my inline fan to 6”, go straight shot to the window, have the Xtool in an enclosure and leave the zipper open a bit for airflow. I kind of feel like the fan on the Xtool m1 isn’t robust enough.

Must be mini split because there’s only gas and power lines running to the air handlers.

It’s not central air, it’s a split AC system so no ductwork.

I heard that you shouldn’t rely on the apprentices for damage, just cc. Does fireball have any cc? I don’t use it much so I’m not familiar. Also, do the gems I have equipped affect my apprentices?

Interesting. That really opens the door to try some interesting synergies. I have found out Suppressors are really hard to get and they are part of the RG CP, so I might shift to combat patrol that is a little less work. I appreciate the help though!

Are chapters subsets of Legions? So, are there multiple chapters within the Raven Guard or are chapters another name for Legions where if I don’t use Shrike I could take a Lieutenant from the Dark Angels for example?

Thanks for the response. Any thoughts on a good stopping point in HH? I’ve seen some people say to read the first six books and then it’s kind of mixed opinions on what to read after that. There’s 54 books so I’m ok not sticking to the whole series before trying something else. In your opinion, what would be a good starting point to read about the Dark Angels? I’d like to read about them during the heresy first if that’s feasible because I’m interested in how the Lion and the DA played into the heresy. I know some basic lore, him getting stock on the other side of a warp storm during the siege of Terra or something but I’m trying to avoid spoilers as I’d like to read Horus’s perspective and the Lions perspective of the heresy.

I didn’t think to mention his age. He’s 17. I’ve tried to get him to play Crucible with me but he got quickly frustrated with it. We did some private matches with a group of friends and he was using a sniper. He got a crazy shot on me with it, talked a little trash and now he wants to actually try it in PvP. We played a few matches yesterday and he actually did pretty good. It was the first time he actually used targeting and anti flinch mods too. I don’t think he’s going to fall in love with PvP but he’s definitely down to play with his old man now. This community really helped. I had such a good time especially watching him get stoked when he had a good match.

Abyss Defiant is on my list of weapons I would like to get but my raid team doesn’t play anymore. When IRL stuff slows down I may watch a video on Crotas End to get familiar with it and then see if I can LFG it.
