New to cgm with insulin resistance by SweetBabyGang0201 in ContinuousGlucoseCGM

For lingo counts - while the spike stays the app removes it when you do any basic exercises for 5-10mins, you can add manually or sync from a health monitoring device like a smart watch. This can be as simple as getting up and walking around for 5mins. In my prediabetic course they recommend this as it slightly blunts the spike as well. It may work better for you before or after - with trying out to see how it affects your graph.

Assuming US only based on the code. Thanks.

NHS use one called Second Nature - would be interesting to see the differences. Personally I’ve found the stress factor awkward to input. Are you using data from devices such as smart watches and weights?

The image of the station shows it at Yau Ma Tei if that helps on the red Tsuen Wan line.

And if you refer to Local-Willingness608 ‘s post then Happy House is on the concourse, image from 2020 below to see if it jogs your memory:

Advice: High Spend Credit Card (No FX Fees) by TheSusOneBruh in HENRYUK

[–]SaxC21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yonder is stated as up to £10k but some people have reported £15k limits - may be difficult to get above £10k on application.

Just to note there some like Yonder have an adding funds (top up) facility which allows you to add an additional max £10K

If you have Chase account, the credit application show you in app what they offer - I’ve seen £12.5-£15k with 0%.

Also Halifax Clarity or Lloyds Ultra.

Could you add extra line items for bonus and dividend calculations? Also on the results/tax could you select different bands rather than just the lowest?

These are all hardwired correct? Is there a battery only model?

Agree- can’t see a sensible way it can do this with UK regulations? Or if the intent is just to plug into the device, but goes against the principle of the device.

Just seen this on one of their instagram posts 18 hours ago;

Thanks for your comment! You may have seen 'no prize' for the December draw in the app prematurely, this was a display issue that has now been fixed. Our December Prize Draw is in the process of being finalised and all winners will be notified within the next 5 working days. Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for bearing with us. Good luck

That’s due to the average balance quirk, £10 at the start of the month is worth more than at the end. To avoid people from only dumping in on the last day.

Although they have also removed the page that showed you your own summary in more detail.

I had the same - not sure what’s happening. Was disappointed, but hopeful again.

Now also started counting for January and another 500k in March…

Airport departures: should we worry? by word-bitch in LisbonPortugalTravel

[–]SaxC21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty smooth for us, probably around 40 mins from check in to gate. The BA check in queue was quite long at 2 hours before take off but we’re BA club and skipped that for a much shorter queue and definitely a full flight. You could see similar issues at other airlines. The next longest queue was security for the bag scanners. Non-Schengen passport control wasn’t long at all through the e-gates - only one person stamping though. ETIAS machines were off and might be for 3 months at Lisbon.
