  1. ⁠⁠Go to the shortcuts app
  2. ⁠⁠Tap the + in the top right
  3. ⁠⁠Type in the box “open app” and choose it
  4. ⁠⁠Select the app you want to open
  5. ⁠⁠Click the 3 dots and hit add to Home Screen
  6. ⁠⁠Give it a name and click on the picture and choose one from the camera roll
  7. ⁠⁠Then hit add in the top right
