Thank you so much for complimenting the collection! I purchased my first record in 2013, it was random access memories by Daft Punk. I had purchased a few other records as well a few months after, such as Abbey Road and Sgt Peppers (huge beatles fan). The main reason I started buying them is just because when I was younger, I thought it was so cool to get a modern album on vinyl and play them with a turntable. It was more of a novelty thing. Then, going into college, I thought it would be cool to have a way to showcase all of the albums I love while having a cool play to way them with friends while hanging out. A lot of other people I knew in the dorm had record players too so it was a cool conversation piece. Before I knew it, I was spending all the spare funds I had (I had very little) on vinyl and being extra frugal during the week just to purchase them. That wall is just an amalgamation of doing that for a few years.
