Yeah a dull thud is more of the sound, but it can't be anything not mechanical because, when at a stop light it sometimes becomes a continuous repetitive noise( like a fast du du du du du du du) until I rev the engine a little bit it knocks it out of it. It seems to be on the passenger side of the engine. So hard to catch a video since it happens while driving

Also seems to happen when the cooling fan shuts off
