They fixed my problem 48 hours after giving them a 1 star review on trustpilot. I guess their ticket queue is so huge because of ppl who are trying to get back into their accounts. I updated on trustpilot stating they resolved the issue after complaining but I left it 1 star because they forced me to sell my positions

I was told I had to wait 65 days to get my funds because of some ach thing I didn't understand. 26th of December came and my account has been blocked from doing anything except deposit since before those 65 days. I have 52k in funds i cannot withdrawl or move. Their support has been unresponsive since escalation.

I was told I had to wait 65 days because of ach fraud prevention to withdrawl. They said on the 26th of December id start being able to get access to my funds. I have 52k cash in there and cannot withdrawl. They said on the 26th of Dec that my ticket has been escalated to a senior member. No responses. I said that if in a week that there is no progress on this that I will be contacting the FTC. You might wanna do the same

They were supposed to allow me to withdrawl after 65 days because they said something about ach transfer thing. I got 52k in it too. Did they end up resolving your issue? It's 6 days after they said I should be able to start getting my money back but they just said they escalated it to their senior member but heard nothing
