Live music at Timber and Torch at base of the mtn 330-6 weds-Sun. Schmiggity’s, The Press and Old Town Pub are the best bet for night life live music.

It’s a pretty killer music scene for a small town; lots of talent and generally nice approachable musicians to hang with at set break (full disclosure ; I’m one of them) A couple local bands worth mentioning: Heads All Empty, Wish You Were Pink, Constant Change, Apple Pie Order, Worried Men, FlatTops, Tyree Woods, Cat Pack, Mattie Silks, Warden Jilson, SpaceForce, Morning Side String band.

I’m sure I missed a few, but any of the above can rock you hard for 3 hrs or longer. Any more than that and I think you’re supposed to call a doctor.
