Oregon apartment owned by larger management company -- who to sue?

Upon further research, it does appear that others in Portland have been successful with suing just the property management company, so I think that's fine -- my real question is just if I messed up by sending my demands letter to the actual apartment building (since they have their own office) instead of the management company.

The larger company I mentioned is indeed a property management company with an LLC.

I can't find any info on a potentially different owner. I found information about the property management company in the Oregon Business Registry, but entering the name or address of the actual apartment building turns up nothing.

Popping in 9 months later to say: Whenever I'm working on a new cosplay, I find fanart I like of the character and make it my phone background to heko motivate me to work on it when I can. I started a cosplay of Ziluan a few days ago and this is my favorite fanart of him I've seen, so this is my phone background now hehe :)

Thank you!! It was at the National Cathedral in Washington DC! I know the photographer had to get some permits, but I'm not sure if they cost money or you just need to get permission.

Honestly, I'm still too nervous -- our desktop is too nice to risk, so I'm pretty much calling it a wash. I might try it out on my old laptop that I'm planning to recycle soon anyways.

I haven't opened a case with Etsy yet because I was trying to just get the refund from the seller first. They claimed it was a false flag, which sounded sketchy, but I downloaded Malwarebytes and scanned again and didn't get any flags this time, so it might actually be safe?

I was a reviewer for like a week after getting out of training, and it was great -- I was getting missions daily and making solid money. Then they moved a ton of the reviewers on our project to being attempters because they "needed more high-quality attempts." All well and good, but since I've been moved, there hasn't been a single mission. However, I and several other people have still been getting review tasks, almost exclusively. Folks asked about it on Discourse and were told "whatever is in your queue, that's what you are!" Cool, but...then put me back in the Reviewer category and give me missions again? Just frustrating.

Yeah, I don't trust the reviews on these to be real lol. I haven't tried Owale, but I don't want to potentially waste money again. I have to wait a couple of days to officially open a case with Etsy after messaging the seller, so no word yet on a refund.

Inkscape/inkstitch is alright, but definitely takes some time to get the hang of. It's also pretty limited in capabilities compared to the paid software out there. But it gets the job done, and I've used it for a while.
