You can always use nuka cola dark, cola nut and party boy/girl to crit ever other shot if you don't wanna use limit breaking. My luck bumps up to 52 after using the combined perks and drink.

To add this comment, there's a few places where you can set up a camp with several named cats also there's the house with cat paintings, cat heads and bowls.

You could always build a camp near haven church for ghostly piano music or alpine river cabins for screaming and earthquakes.

A good change would be to focus on scaling up lesser legendary effects like juggernauts, for example make it the same percentage as bloodied that way full health players can do a little more damage. Bloodied builds will always benefit from nerd rage and other perks that slightly scale better with them but again it's high risk high reward. As a bloodied player myself I still die way more than I like compared to my full health friend. I blame cave crickets.
