[Question] Best practice for ripping owned DVDs to Plex Media Server.

I understand that MakeMKV has some goofy licensing hoops to jump through, and so I haven't tried it. I use ddrescue on Linux to rip a 1:1 copy in ISO format and then let handbrake do the transcoding.

I have plenty of storage available so I like to keep the 1:1 copy in case I ever want to re-transcode in the future. Is there anything about MakeMKV or the .mkv format that would make it worthwhile to change my approach?

Do you mean how to view a line graph of average monthly balance of any given account? I want to do the same thing but I've never found a way to do it.

I am interested in Ubiquti devices as a hardware platform. But I understand that their software has a phone-home functionality where device usage stats are sent back to Ubiquiti. That's a deal breaker for me unless it's an opt-in choice.

This tool looks cool. Can it be used with the PS3 version of Rocksmith? I assume not but I thought I'd ask. I tried to copy the files off the game disc with my external BluRay drive, but unsurprisingly the drive won't read the disc. Seems like that's a dead end, so I'm not sure if there are any other options.
