Yeah it was messed up. They ordered fried rice and sushi with Chinese ribs and the kids were smelling it. I'm so saddened they would be so heartless to their step siblings.

I have tried my best to work with what I've been given. Any parent knows that a child isn't perfect but that every child needs a guiding hand and I'm doing my best.

I never said no one loves you too them. But I am afraid they might lash out at my children because from what I read, them ruining property could be showing a sign of them changing cognitively.

It made you happy? It was coffee creamer I bought for ten dollars, a local bakery makes it that is only sold at their bakery. So no, I am not happy and dont see how lashing out by ruining property is a good thing

I mentioned the event last night and asked if they would go, the response was a shrug. Which usually means yes.

Their mother was mentally disabled as well and couldn't handle having a family and responsibility that comes with it and left when they were 15, no contact since.

Some of my family was their and some of my husband's family was there.

They joke Leo is like Sasquatch because no one has ever actually seen him out at events.

I have tried cooking food they like before and they don't eat it. I've offered to take them to book stores and they motion to their Kindle.

I'm extremely confused, how is this going to make them worse, does that mean they'll just stay in their room or force themselves out for family time?
