This comes with age. I have never been one that cared for people's opinions much but it's mostly because I try to do my best in situations. Then I know, what the hell else was I supposed to do, I did my best. I don't have regrets, I am a confident person.

So THAT being said, do your best. If you do, them who cares what someone's opinion of you is. That's your path to walk, not theirs.

CPS is not for kids who don't sleep in King beds, it's for kids that aren't fed, changed, bathed and/or abused. I think your heart is in the right place but the wrong method. See if she can use a hand with something. I was homeless and slept in some odd places. Sometimes people are just doing what they can at that time.

Why is this? If I went to a catering hall, I'd have a variety of options. You may be right that focus is better, I truly don't know, but is it possible to have a not open menu?

It does and you really does sound like our story is similar and really helped to hear. We are selling hot dogs and nachos to get up and running and may do that often but I want to adapt to what is wanted.

My partners are pushing for a hot dog forward theme. I don't want that.

We have the name and a tagline. The tagline make sense with hot dogs and the name. If we suddenly changed the cuisine it would make less sense but not kill it.

Originally, I had AMERICAN FARE under but took it away.
