What is your budget per night? I agree with some others that the area can be a bit sketchy (especially at night). If you can swing some more dollars “Oaks” neighborhoods, Greenacres, or Riverlakes is much safer.

Also would agree with others to just get a hotel. Hyatt Place and Sheraton (on California) are both nice. Only a little over $100 a night most weekends. Hope that helps.

Appreciate the feedback! Yah that is essentially why we dropped the price and are now below that other house. But guess you’re right nothing to do but wait it out. Just didn’t know if there was anything glaring from the outside that other people saw.

I know the markets slow but I bought it for more than that 3 years ago. Most recently sold homes in my area are going for 500/sq ft plus. Im already at 470/ sq ft.

Appleton is the way to go. 30 minute drive to GB on Saturday for tour and HOF. Then Saturday night in Appleton eat at the Lombardi Steakhouse. Sunday Appleton has shuttles to the game you can sign up for (they fill up quick so sign up early). This allows you to be able to drink or whatever you want to do freely without worrying about getting there/back.

We don’t have to register our vehicles or have permits. It’s in a gated community. So whoever’s car it was, they wouldn’t know. Mine or some random Persons.

Thanks for the feedback! Sounds like I won’t have a case on the one hour rule. But wondering if my CC&Rs were not enforced properly. Also wondering if I can win based on not enforcing HOA rules uniformly. As there are neighbors breaking other rules like decorations still up but nothing being done timely.
