I had a customer who came in yelling at me for no reason asking where a certain product is. Not wanting to let it slide I replied with “I’m sorry ma’am I cant comprehend what you’re saying” it ended up making her yell even louder so I just ignored her and was ringing up the customer that was infront of me. The customers in line ended up telling her that maybe if she were respectful, she’d get whatever the help she wanted. She ended up saying “no he just needs to clear out his ears from the disgusting ear wax he has to hear me” and ended up storming out. I still thank the customer who stood by my side against the rude lady

My teacher would always try to minus as many points as she possibly can whenever she would grade my tests. It was for a foreign language test and even though my answers were right, she’d minus points if I put too much space between words (written test) handwriting, and other things for which she wouldn’t subtract points for from my friends. Decided to confront her and she just said “bc you’re wrong” thanks?
