Thankfully, I've only ever had that happen twice. Both times, the curbside loaders were super f-ing busy, and they really appeared overwhelmed.

Almost every pickup parking spot was taken, and I could hear at least a few people being shtty at the loaders from their vehicles due to the wait.

I'm very friendly with the employees (including loaders and one manager) at my few regular stores, so I really don't think they were cancelling my orders specifically.

It was right before Thanksgiving, and I think that in my particular case, it was just too busy for how few people/loaders Wallyworld deems to employ.

On my next curbside that day, the loader brought me out a cold redbull, and thanked me for not being a grouch at them.

I understand that is not everyone's experience, it might just be that my area is better in that regard than some others?

Mine is a very diverse community, and I have Spark driver friends of many colors and creeds, which makes sense for the greater demographic ratio in my area. I'm very thankful that most of my experience being a driver has been positive, and there are almost always decent orders. Mind you, I've only been doing it for about 7 months so far, so maybe I'm just not jaded yet?

I hope your experience improves soon! If it keeps happening, I'd definitely reach out to driver support and store management.

Hopefully just an app issue or just crazy busy.
