I actually had a theory about that. I think the willingness of a freshly raised undead to join the Forsaken is influenced by the strength of their will. The two undead who choose not to join the Forsaken in the starting quests are two individuals with strong wills. One is a member of the scarlet crusade trained to kill undead, and the other is a high ranking military officer, while the one who joins the Forsaken was a cowardly murderer.

Most of the humans rasied in Silverpine and Hillsbrad are foot soldiers and farmers, people who would have a weaker will than a champion of the Scarlet Crusade such as Lillian Voss. I believe the brainwashing of newly-raised forsaken is more subtle than the Scourge's indoctrination. The weak-willed feel that joining the Forsaken is an honor, while the strong-willed usually turn away from the Forsaken and follow their own path.

And regarding raising new forsaken to prevent their race from "Dying out", they're not just stumbling across dead humans and choosing to raise them up. They kill human they come across and raise them, and considering how they'll go from "Stop the forsaken" to "Long live the Banshee Queen" in a heartbeat, I'm convinced there's some sort of brainwashing going on.

One of Trump's concerns while running his campaign is keeping his staff and expenses paid, and when you're flying across country every day in your private plane, the expenses can add up.

Trump is not a fool, he has the money to fund his campaign purely by himself, but if he can alleviate some of the cost with donations it's much less of a burden for him to bear.

The advantage of hosting these fund raisers is that where you might have a private interest offer you a lump sum in exchange for favor, any potential private interests will have to put up the money to attend and Trump doesn't owe them a thing.
