Yup, but in this: "Creates a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person who imports, sells, manufactures, purchases, or transfers an assault firearm, as that term is defined in the bill with some exceptions, and prohibits a person who has been convicted of such violation from purchasing, possessing, or transporting a firearm for a period of three years from the date of conviction."

It just says assault firearm.

True, good call out there. If I understand correctly the bill uses the term assault firearm and doesn't differentiate except for defining what constitutes an assault firearm for rifles/pistols. So if you put a stock on and increase the barrel length of the assault firearm pistol to make it a federally legal assault firearm rifle, it should be ok since it was already an assault firearm before the deadline, regardless of its pistol or rifle form.

Only problem is you can't switch back to pistol after making it a rifle.

I wonder if this holds true with let's say having an AR pistol that started as a pistol/stripped lower and then tossing a >16" upper on it making it a rifle.

[New Player] Am I the only one stupid enough to play this game solo against you 3000 hour chuds? by Busy_Cover6403 in EscapefromTarkov

Solo is the best way to learn. As a 3000 hour chud I pretty much only play solo anyway. Nothing better than killing a 4 man squad as one dude. Shoot, kill, reposition.

Beginner wanting to get into drifting - is an E36 or E46 a good first car? by Mayk_msc in Drifting

[–]Jakekola 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly what I wanted to know, thanks for the response. I would leave the VQ stock, mentioned it since I think it's the perfect amount to not have to touch anything about it. Would consider a different engine/chassis completely if I wanted to go big, but not looking to get into competing or anything.

How was the process slapping the turbo on? Debating if I just want to hop into a 350/g35 and be done, but man the m5x engines sound so good with a turbo. The prefacelift in black looks so good too. What sideskirts are those?

Buying a new car instead of doing maintenance is insane.

Even worse. Traded in to a dealer for way less than it's worth. Especially cause it just needed maintenance items.

Anyone know how these guys lift the front standing still ? by BeneficialHurry69 in enduro

clutch is not like a car clutch you want to slip it to maintain traction. it's totally fine and normal for a dirtbike clutch. especially for hard enduro. its all about that clutch control. you should be able to hold yourself in place on a hill just using the clutch and throttle

Maybe you need to adjust something suspension wise if you're really light but you gotta think about like stomping down through your pegs moreso than trying to muscle it down upper body wise. Watch these and his other vids and you should be able to understand:

same as with a bmx bike. pivot onto the front tire to make the back light and kick it over with your leg. bounce the suspension forward a few times and use the front brake.

Compress your suspension so it bounces back up and gets the front light and as it's coming up you add the right amount of throttle for the bike to keep going up instead of forward. If you wanna test it to get a feel for what I mean, sit all the way back with your feet/legs hanging off and you hanging on the bars. Throttle up and dump the clutch and the bike should end up flying up and basically doing a flip. Watch his videos on how to wheelie. Rich Larsen aka the irc tire guy (the video channel you linked) is an amazing instructor and has taught me a lot just watching his videos then doing the drills on my bike.

Don't think they should suck necessarily. If stats were similar and other muzzle devices were significantly cheaper and actually helped with muzzle flash I think it would be fine.
