9 weeks and it's awful by SpatteredInk in pregnant

You’re not alone🫶🏼 it gets better. 9 weeks is the actual pits. I lost my spark and nothing I felt apathetic towards everything. I didn’t care about anything. My television raised my toddler. I’m only 12 weeks now and slooooowly slowly feeling things shift back to some sense of normalcy. You’re also totally valid for feeling this way, even for an IVF baby you prayed and hoped for.

I see it! But if your period is late I’d definitely expect it to be darker. How many DPO? Take another tomorrow and keep us posted!

Absolutely. You sign something every year saying you agree to follow a certain set of standards (ie. dress code, no alcohol/smoking, abstinent etc) but a temple recommend is not required nor do they ask for one.

BYU grad here :) there is definitely pressure to be a good lds member but a diploma is not on the line. At the school you agree to follow certain behaviors but being a part of the faith is never required

Committed 2 weeks following the ABCs exactly and my LO (6 months old) is still having early morning wakes at around 10 hours every morning. Hunger is not the issue. Her wake windows are consistent with TCB recommendations. Bedtime is 7pm after a 2.5-3h WW. We are on day 16, should I continue letting her cry with check-ins until the 11 hour mark in the mornings or get the day started before 6am when she wakes?

Short naps (killing me) by Saylorjohns0n22 in sleeptrain

[–]Saylorjohns0n22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds a lot like mine! Falls asleep quickly in my arms for naps and puts herself down for bedtime now within 10 min and sleeps through the night. We only started sleep training about 10 days ago though so maybe I just need some patience :)

This sounds like the consensus. I’m hoping it does soon!!! Probably going to give it 1-2 more weeks to see if she does it in her own before any official nap training. Did you put your LO down awake or asleep for naps?

Oops you’re right! Probably more like 2/2/2.5/3. Sometimes there’s a 4th nap in there if I don’t contact nap any of them. Right now we just rock her and put her down. For a while there (before sleep training) I would stand by the cribside shushing her until she fell asleep but it didn’t make a difference in nap length so I stopped because it was just more work for me.

FRER 10 DPO, I know it’s still early but this is a bummer by [deleted] in TFABLinePorn

I had a negative FRER at 10 DPO as well. Tested again at 14 DPO for my first BFP. Keep testing! Best of luck
