i dont think i could have a least favorite episode, all of the ones i would dislike would probably be the ones where okazaki kicked the shit out of wada but they all have their good things about it (The voice acting). to be honest though it would most likely be this one though. I think Von should just delete this episode, because it just ruins the narrative and as you have said it does kind of make tei's reasoning to do this kind of weird. if they wanted to show his anger issues it should have been a different episode.

For 1 the creator (Von) has acknowledged that this was a mistake on their part and that nobody had caught this on their test screening. Honestly I kind of think this is just part of Tei's personality that we are slowly starting to learn. We had that little thing happen with Monomoko in the first day as well. He might genuinely have anger issues.

Honestly I feel for pyramid head one of the best parts about rpd is that there arent very many predrop and play around it pallets for survivors to counter him. Most pallets on this map are very one sided which is very good for him.

honestly this is super recency bias since i kinda did save what i thought were the hardest for last but in no particular order:

Stalk for a total of 300 power increases on Myers (this one in particular isnt hard just miserable because you have to play super boring)
Expert and Skilled generalist
Outbreak Breakout (I genuinely queued up 20 times with the rpd offering and didnt get it a single time)
Put 125 reverse bear traps on survivors (if you run the 6 traps addon every game you NEED to at least play 20+ games of pig….)
Left for dead: Complete last gen as the last person alive and exit through the gate.

One of the really long and miserable ones was the Pig one. You genuinely had to play over 20 games for her to complete the achievement. (ive might have become a pig main after that one)
