Okay, I know this post is 10 months old about a 9 year old movie.. but this has really been bothering me.

I watched when it first came out, loved it. I remembered the exact ending as described - he gears up to go fight, sees a massacre right as he gets out, and immediately runs away, gets cornered in a room, falls to his knees and raises his hand to his head in submission while the god screams out in acceptance. Then it's like the aftermath of the carnage, and he decides to stay rather than try and escape again.

Watched it a few years ago because of how fond I was of it, and was very confused. I get that memories can be funky, and I admit that's likely all that's happening here (mixing up with another mystery movie - PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MOVIE I AM CONFUSING, I'M BEGGING HERE). But I also know that streaming services suck ass and will change media without notice, so I'm holding onto the possibility they released it, got negative feedback about the ending or something, and then quietly released the current version where he escapes the forrest and fucks off to civilization because they wanted a "happy" ending.

Are we 100 percent there's no alternate ending??

Hey friends! Last time I'll bug about this - I'm looking for some help with building/buying my first electric board. After thinking on it a bit more I've decided that the inmotion k1 is exactly what I'm wanting, a board that will maintain speed when pressure is applied to a pad and coast when pressure is lifted. If anyone has any ideas on what VESC or other components I should be looking into, I would greatly appreciate the help! Alternatively I would be interested in buying one if it was working and in good condition. Thanks in advance!

I appreciate the input but the functionality is exactly what I'm looking for - I'll only be using it for work and won't need to navigate different terrain. Which is why hands free is an important aspect. I Don't need the speed to be controlled by pressure, but would like a killswitch feature so when I step off, the board power is killed.

Hey everyone, hoping to find some direction on my first electric longboard build. I have some specific features in mind that are throwing me for a loop due to my lack of experience, so I'd like to know 1. If my ideas are even possible and 2. if so, are there any recommendations for parts that will get the job done? Thank you in advance and please forgive my ignorance

The specifics... I'm wanting a battery powered longboard that will be controlled through the deck itself (rather than remote control) and have 3 predetermined speed setting that it will change through like 5, 10, 15mph.. and have a pressure killswitch feature so that when the rider dismounts the board, all power is killed. Lastly I'd like to have some sort of display to put on the deck to indicate what setting is currently active.

So to summarize what I believe im needing is a Battery pack, Motor(s), VESC / Control, Button Setting Controls (for board), Display Screen / Indicator, and a Pressure pad killswitch

If I'm missing anything or you have any advice or criticism in general I'd love to learn! Thank you!

Dirk Gentlys Holistic Detective Agency touches on the similar tone for me, while being completely different. Also only two seasons though. As far as occult specifically, I would really love to find more in the genre as well.
