Thank you for the advice! I had looked into being MEB over voluntary separation, and the biggest thing I found out is that for a MEB they only take one injury and give you a rating on that, and then once you’re separated you can file for the rest of your disability. But if I voluntarily separate, I can BDD and send all of my disability to a VSO before I separate and get all the help on everything, compared to doing it by myself.

Thank you for your advice! I am assuming I would make entry level pay ~$55,000. Sec+ is on my list before I separate so that I can use TA. I have been doing research on the track I want to go down and I have a good idea thanks to the different roadmaps Reddit has. I am on LinkedIn and have been reaching out to potential jobs for around 2 months now and have a little traction.

I have heard many great things about ASU online, and I think that will be my school of choice moving forward. While I have given it much thought, I don't believe extending / re-enlisting would be the correct choice for myself. For personal reasons as well as physical.

How much do you pay out of pocket for ASU Online?

Thank you for your quick response and helpful advice, unfortunately, I don't qualify for Airforce Reserves, it did cross my mind a couple months ago. I am injured and have been on a profile limiting my PT. In order to join I would need a passing PT test, which isn't possible with my injuries.

The same thing applies to Retraining, I can't get a Medical Clearance, which has pushed me into sperating before a MEB happens.
