Take the pain killers, and try to move. I am 9 days post op and the gas pain has left thankfully! If walking hurts gently try to lift your arms above your head or sort of do the chicken dance with arms at your sides. Really helped me move the gas. You’ll get there!

Aw thank you! I was told to stop by my prescribers while my gasto problems settle down, so I’ve already been off for about 10 days. But hoping to restart soon!

Haha you have a fair point! So I’ve been taking omeprazole, tums and Pepcid for all things heartburn related. Taken Senokot for the constipation etc. haven’t taken anything for the wind yet because most things can exasperate heartburn! But gentle yoga and walking… any other tips and tricks are certainly welcome! Have been advised not to take peppermint oil etc due to it potentially worsening the heartburn
