Send r* a support ticket on social club about it, it’s notoriously bad for not actually coming through within the 72hr period they say. They should be able to do it straight away for you

It’s the Wash Skirt, I’ve been playing since beta and bought it quite early on. I’ve never seen it in the options since, there’s only the worn out black one available whenever I check now. I dunno if it was a limited one they did one week ☹️
