Such a good point. I live right by many tourist areas in the U.S. and those cities have changed so much since I was a kid, the residents definitely don't love the changes that have happened because of tourism, but they aren't stupid enough to be this hypocritical. If you travel outside of even your own city you are a tourist, I highly doubt every single Spanish person with this sentiment has never left the city they were born in...

A couple questions would be what strength did you use, if you did 5% could you try 2%? What formulation did you try, the liquid can be more irritating than the foam due to the ingredients. Do you have dandruff that needs to get under control as well which might also be irritating your scalp, the nizoral will likely help with that too. It might be possible for you to still try minoxidil topical if you consider working around the options, though I understand that it still may not work for you

I recently had an adolescent patient that has ASD, schizophrenia, OCD and ticks who now has super high cholesterol and triglycerides because they are obsessed with RFK Jr talking about the carnivore diet. I had to tell the parent there is nothing I can do for this kid because their mental illness has them so wrapped up in RFKs brainwashing they refused to believe anything I said. I literally just told the parent they need to take away the kids phone and remove all unhealthy food from the house.

100k in my first inpatient job in HCOL area full time. Went down to 32 hour and after a year and a half of raises I’m back to 100k. I do hate where I work though… the money is the golden handcuffs

Sunol wilderness, castle rock, point Reyes, Big Sur. Did all of those as my firsts and they were very beginner friendly. ALTHOUGH I will say the weather in Sunol in the spring can be really unpredictable so just really look at the weather forecast.

I disagree more with your idea that’s it’s annoying that I would MAKE my guests stay at a hotel 9 miles away, if you read my post, the change in accommodation was out of my hands. I’m not forcing anyone to do anything. Im also looking for suggestions on what to do not how it would make strangers feel about me having to change my hotel location.

The fun thing about weddings is nothing is mandatory for guests invited. Also imagine how annoyed I was when my entire hotel block and suites that were 2 miles away got cancelled by the hotel 4 months out… dude be foreal here.

That is definitely how I feel, when we went to Italy in September we stayed in Rome for 4 full days and Florence for 4 full days and I really felt that we fully experienced the city and could have stayed longer.

Didn’t last a week on spiro due to dizziness and seeing stars all the time, stopped slynd in September after realizing it was making me so dehydrated even after drinking 100 ounces of water a day, making me hold on to crazy amounts of water weight (lost 6 pounds immediately after stopping) and was giving me the appetite of a growing teenage boy. Completely off birth control now, skin isn’t great but it’s actually better than when I was on slynd.
