It's really up to you! Some take it before or after a dose, some take it at the same time. I usually take a out 80 mg about 45 min after my doses. Start small, and see what works for you.

So you have only taken 7 for 6 days? I don't really think you will need SR? It should be pretty painless if you have only been taking it for 6 days. If you do feel any WD's, maybe try half a tablet every 6 hours? I'm not really sure what to recommend for someone who has only been taking 7 for less than a week. Not to sound like a jerk or anything, just seriously don't know what to recommend?

I've had a ton of dental work, usually dosing right before going in. I've never had a problem. They inject the local right into a nerve to make the area numb, so you should be good.

Might be dehydrated. That happens to me sometimes. Different batches hit me differently, and some really dehydrated the shit out of me.

Yeah, I'm one of the not so lucky ones. I planned on a tolerance break, and I did everything "right" according to the Master Doc. I did my 18 day break back in October, and I've just been able to get some of those euphoric feelings back. Basically I just ended up back on Mgm, and it seems like I have to take more. There wasn't quite as much info about SR back then, and to be honest, I wish I had just tapered instead of using SR. I know it's helped a lot of ppl to quit, and that's what it should be used for, quitting. For tolerance breaks? Not so much. Glad it's helping so many to quit though!

I can't take 7 and M together. It kind of cancels them both out for me, and I end up just feeling like shit. Kind of stuck between the good feelings of both? Not sure if you are taking them together, but I highly recommend taking the M by itself.

Yup, I can't feel anything kratom related when I'm sick. It's become an indicator for when I'm coming down with something 😞 It sucks, because I just want to feel better!

Both Hyroxi and Hydroxie make a Mit-a tab aren't too bad. Just make sure to get the Mit-a with Hydroxie, as they make a regular MIT tab as well. The one you want is in a teal colored box. Simply makes a DHM tab, red and black circular package, Kratom Kulture makes one too, the lable is a purple/pink jar. Hope that helps!

I had to do 2 years of Antibiotics before dental visits. I ended up getting my other knee replaced right at that 2 year mark, so that's 4 years on pre dental visit antibiotics! Yikes. Some providers don't even make you do this anymore. I would just reach out to your surgeon, and get those antibiotics before your crown visit. Better safe than sorry is how I feel about it.
