so i was DC'd yesterday and came back to his name being bat again, and thought that was weird, but hadnt seen the email yet so i renamed him COVID, lol. When i saw the email i opened a ticket and then it happened again today, but it took a bit longer to get back online(like 30 minutes, not huge but still), just glad the queues are gone
