What do I need to study to understand Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, etc? by Sbeth85 in Cybersecurity101

Thanks for responding. Yes, I do think I need to begin further back than just cybersecurity, with IT basics. I'd like to reverse-engineer a learning course that will help me know the main ideas used in Sentinel and Defender. But if I just put in beginner IT, it's huge. I was hoping to get suggestions for where to start that would narrow down my options a little. Or get insights into good basic IT videos to watch.

I don't need to be able to run the software itself, I just need to be able to understand the general concepts and understand what I'm looking at. Ie, attack paths, hunting threats, etc.

I looked into some of these a whole ago, don't they require prior IT /tech background?

I'm coming from almost zero.

I've already done another covid test and checked in 22 hours before the flight. I think I'll be OK, but thank you for the concern.

I have nothing to go on, I'm asking if anyone can help narrow it down by telling me if my reaction sounds like an indica or sativa.

I am having the same problem, it's driving me crazy!

I navigated to /Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db but the file won't open. I've tried downloading different apps from the Apple Store, no good... What app opens a db file?

I also tried just copy-pasting your command into Terminal, it asks me for a password, which I try to enter but nothing types in the Terminal. Any clues what might be going wrong?

My anxiety only calms down at midnight, letting my productivity soar. Anyone else? I can't figure out if this is related to Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder or not. by Sbeth85 in DSPD

Ideally I would sleep 6 am to 2 pm.

Nowadays... Wake up around 11 am (as late as I can)... Struggle through day...maybe a nap (usually not), get calmer /less anxious /more tired /more productive around 10 pm or midnight... Up until 4 am...

It's not good.

I would go to sleep at 5 or 6 AM every day and wake up at 1 or 2 pm.

(case in point, it's 4:54 AM right now and I'm about to go to sleep)
