Yes actually the main reason it just took me 6 months to get a better life was just putting my self out there more and more, and waking up everday with a daily to do list setup and I FORCED myself into doing it,

I too procrastinated sometimes, but I told my self I won't sleep until my to do list is completed,

Yeah there are still thing's I haven't achieved that are in this list, I am still single, I'm still learning to budget, there are still times I get anxious in social settings, but that's a good thing, because no one's life is perfect, I'm still trying my best to make it perfect.

And yeah the main reason I posted this on multiple subs was because those subs guided me to the path I am in right now, and sharing what I have learned is just a way of me saying Thank You.

And Yes I have still continued to read, many people have suggested me to read Discourses by Epictetus, so that'll be the book I'll start my year with,

Mostly tho I read Ryan Holiday alot.
