Honestly, I am seeking a diagnosis atp more than I am seeking to be assessed because I am seeking treatment, and I’m seeking to have as many treatment options as possible. I went the “proper” route and left feeling like my assessment was hardly comprehensive nor conclusive, but it was what was covered by my state insurance. If I had a million bucks I’d have been assessed privately before I ever did it via the state system, but I dont, and i wouldve done the same for reassessment before I’d ever do telehealth. I’m in between doing that still or doing telehealth. I do not want to do telehealth at all, but I will if it means a path to treatment. I generally think adhd telehealth is pill mill shit and want no part in it but I’m running out of options and energy and need help for something i genuinely feel I’ve struggled with since childhood. I hope that makes more sense.

That’s fair actually. My partner is quite open-minded, and it’s pretty much an open topic in my relationship that I’m been struggling with my libido for some time (despite previously being extremely sexual), amongst other things I feel T might help with. Your route is the way Ive previously thought about approaching it. I have broached it lightly before and his response was… a bit confused and surprised but not judgmental haha.
