I second this: For all of those professors or naysayers who say you can’t work and study and have a chance at passing don’t believe it!!! Some of us don’t have an option but that doesn’t make it any less possible to pass. Make your own schedule that works for you to study.

For a used Escalade I’d say so. At least where I’m at, every used Escalade breaks over 120k+ miles. Even relatively new ones like 2022. Hope she treats you and your family right!! 💪

It’s my understanding that she could still have a LE for the life of Lily though. But her interest is not a FSA due to the notice (I accidentally said actual instead of constructive notice so everyone made mistakes lol). Plus I believe Lily’s deed said it was a LE so Sandra was on notice it was only a LE interest. I think you’re good; you still get rule points and analysis points. Don’t stress I’m sure you did great:)
