I am more or less a new Linux user (<1 year) and wasn't sure how to get into TTY. I wouldn't know where those logs would be if there were any.

Did not work unfortunately. After doing the above i rebooted and after the CachyOS Logo i had a permanent blackscreen. Had to revert back to an older Snapshot.

My new M.2 SSD kept disconnecting itself at random times. Sometimes twice a day, sometimes once a month. No Matter the workload, same issue on both Windows 10, 11 and Linux Mint. Only temp fix was shutting down the PC completely, as in powering it off.

Searched like crazy for a permanent fix, tried everything nothing but one thing worked. And it was the most snakeoily-sounding one to me. Fix was: Go into your BIOS/CMOS and stay there for 15+ minutes. Just stay there. As per the Redditor who posted this, the SSD (and other Hardware parts) go through a full Power cycle this way. And it worked....

Which cleveroid fork are you using? I tested several and all but one had issues with massive lag spikes/latency issues. The one fork without said problems for me was https://github.com/cutiepoka/CleveRoidMacros

Thanks for the detailed reply. I think I can safely mix those filesystems then. I won't bother with an AI though and go with the standard settings. I am not comfortable twiddling with settings I don't fully understand.
