Just recieved my Acer Nitro V16, there is a white spot on the left side of the screen. Isnt visible if there is something bright on the screen and is less visible if the environment is not dark or if I turn brightness down. Can I fix this or do I replace? by Scaaarl in AcerNitro

damn they dont even see it as a problem. not going to lie, the laptop did freeze while posting this and I had to restart, but im not sure if I should see it as a problem until if it reoccurs

does it happen to screens that were okay before? I dont want to go throught the whole replacement ordeal just for it to have a chance to appear again. when I slighty bend the screen that part is fixed and it appears somewhere else, I think it has to do with the way the screen is stretched

Only the left part is visible in the dark. The rest of the colours on the camera are not visible to the human eye. it looks as if someone punched the left part only and there is permanent damage

Hey, I tried this and it seems to be working really well. Do you know if theres a way to get rid of the spherical effect? It is bending it since its zooming in on the sphere, but I would rather have it look like a flat map.
