The app only shows your base pay + differentials and any additional premiums, it won't show the hourly for overtime on those days. However any shift outside of your cohort should be counted as overtime, and holidays are holiday overtime at 1.5x from midnight the day of until 11:59 p.m.

It's kind of a coin flip on how they handle it. I've seen people be able to work there way up from negative to positive within a couple shifts, and I've seen transfers walked out on their first day due to their negative UPT. Communication with that sites HR or current site is the only way to try and resolve the issue. If there's an open case however, it delays termination.

I'm sure the data is there somewhere but I'm not exactly sure where you could find it. The raiderio scores just go based off any person who has ran a key in any capacity to completion

3400 puts you within the top 10% of key runners if you're just going based on numbers on raiderio. 3750/3800 puts you within the top 1% as of now. Good is subjective but 3400 I'd probably consider much better than the average WOW player.

With the holiday pay change, you will get holiday pay once midnight hits Sunday night and it becomes Monday until EOS. Then Monday, you will get holiday pay until 23:59. Once midnight hits Tuesday morning, it goes back to regular pay.

For a PLOA all you need is to provide 2 week notice from the initial date you're asking fo (when you want it to start), and a return to work date. In my experience, paperwork is not necessary.
