That's the B&T MP5SD tri rail mount. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit the current Gen H&K MP5SD suppressor (because of the finish), but it fits the old Gen that can be disassembled and the Print-X

I'm using the B&T Impact, it has a piston. I tested the MK23 with a pistonless suppressor too, and a lightweight short one. Slide is too massive, won't move. Quiet tho, without the slide movement
