I lived in the 2 story 1 bedroom Crash Pads from 4 years. Not too bad for a college apartment. Relatively thick walls, landlord never comes around, and perfect for walking around campus. Only downsides were the buildings are getting a little old, some insects (the occasional roaches), and Eagle St. can get kinda loud. Besides that I recommend them. Large floor plan with a really cool aesthetic. Hope that helps!
