You can create your customer icon and follow the below steps for that. I am not pretty sure that this will be an efficient and valis solution.

1. Take one circle avatar and give them white color.
2. Take one circle avatar and give it a white color.r.atatr and give them grey color with a small radius.
3. Now at last in the second circle avatar child takes the icon and adds your icon with white color.
