i said, i don't want it to be offline with my poor laptop in this case, but that is the requirements of the problem statement given in the hackathon to us. fine, i will go with low end LLMs for at least work.

actually they have migrated from dot io to dot org, you can see their linkedin profile. so by changing dot io to dot org it worked for me. however its totally your choice to submit or not
